Using the Malaysia property directory
Malaysia Property Listing Guide
Use CK Listing to find published project and street-based records by name, property category and source region. This guide explains what the directory shows and how to choose a useful browsing route.
Examples and category labels below refer to the directory version dated 24 September 2026. Individual records may have different update notations.
Start with a Project or Area Name
Enter a project name in the live directory search. You can also combine an area and category, such as “Puchong condo”. The search matches all entered words across the record name, category and source region. Shorter names can help when a record uses a different spelling or abbreviation.
Search results remain in the directory. Use “Load more” to see additional matches, or copy a record name before asking CK Listing about it. If there are no matches, the enquiry link includes your search text so you can explain what you were looking for.
Choose a Source Region, Then an Area
The Malaysia property master list links to the available source regions. The current data combines Kuala Lumpur and Selangor under one label; it does not provide verified separate state assignments for every record.
Within the Klang Valley directory, browse named collections such as Cheras property records or Puchong property records. These collections match area words in names from the Kuala Lumpur & Selangor source region. They are browsing aids, not a street-address verification service.
Read Property Categories as Source Labels
Browse Condo & Apartment, Landed, Shop & Office or Factory & Warehouse. Category pages group the published labels. Confirm the actual property type when making an enquiry.
On area pages, property-type counts and examples stay within the selected area. Project links lead to individual records where the published data supports a project page. The breadcrumb and related links help you return to the area or find another relevant development.
Check Counts and Dates Before Using a Record
A directory record count measures matching entries. A “contacts” notation in a record name describes its reported contact count. Neither number is the number of homes currently available for sale or rent.
The compiled directory date does not establish when every entry was refreshed. Public pages do not confirm current availability, asking prices, ownership, floor plans or contact validity. Contact CK Listing with the exact record name to ask about coverage or details before relying on the information.
